Job Title: Home Care Nurse
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering medications, assisting with daily living activities, and coordinating with physicians and family members to ensure optimal patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and treatment to patients in their homes.
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and overall patient health.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist patients with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
- Educate patients and family members about health management and care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and prepare care reports.
- Coordinate with doctors, caregivers, and healthcare teams regarding patient progress.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid when required.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and patient confidentiality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Sc. in Nursing (GNM/B.Sc. Nursing).
- Valid Nursing Registration Certificate.
- Minimum [X] years of nursing experience (Home Healthcare experience preferred).
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and travel to patient locations.

- Knowledge of infection control and safety procedures.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
