Job వివరణ

Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
Conduct vehicle inspection along with the customer and record all complaints accurately.
Prepare job cards and explain the repair process, estimated cost, and delivery time.
Coordinate with the Workshop Manager and technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Update customers regularly on service progress and obtain approval for additional work if required.
Ensure proper billing and explain the invoice to customers before vehicle delivery.
Deliver vehicles after confirming all complaints have been resolved.
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.
Follow all company SOPs, safety guidelines, and TVS service standards.
Coordinate with CRM for customer feedback and service reminders.
