Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Mechanic with 2–4 years of experience in golf course
equipment maintenance. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing,
inspecting, and troubleshooting turf care machinery and other golf course maintenance
equipment to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance on all golf course maintenance equipment.
Diagnose and repair mechanical and basic electrical faults in turf care machines and
related equipment.
Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and ensure timely repairs.
Maintain accurate service, maintenance, and repair records.
Inspect equipment regularly to ensure safety, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Set up, modify, and install new maintenance equipment as required.
Ensure proper functioning of workshop tools and machinery.
Follow all safety procedures and company maintenance standards.
Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager to minimize equipment downtime.
Required Experience
2–4 years of experience in equipment maintenance.
Experience in Golf Course Maintenance or Turf Care Equipment is preferred.
Qualifications
ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Skills Required
Knowledge of turf care machinery and golf course equipment.

Mechanical and basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
Preventive maintenance planning.
Equipment inspection and servicing.
Record keeping and documentation.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
