Job Description: Car Mechanic

Position: Car Mechanic / Automobile Technician

Department: Service / Workshop

Experience: Minimum 1 year (freshers with ITI/Diploma can also apply)

Salary: Based on experience + Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles.

Perform routine maintenance services (oil change, filter replacement, brake service, etc.).

Repair and replace damaged vehicle parts.

Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and identify required repairs.

Ensure proper usage of tools, equipment, and diagnostic machines.

Work on engines, transmissions, suspension, AC systems, and electrical components.

Follow company safety standards and maintain a clean workspace.

Provide job status updates to Service Advisors/Managers.

Test vehicles after repair to ensure issues are resolved.

Skills & Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical (preferred).

Hands-on knowledge of car systems and components.

Ability to use diagnostic tools and workshop equipment.

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Team player with a positive attitude.
