Social Media Marketing

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing to join our team at Royal Orchid Hotels to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30000 - ₹50000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google My Business

• Create engaging content including:

  • Room showcases

  • Food & beverage highlights

  • Guest testimonials

  • Events & offers

  • Behind-the-scenes hotel experiences

• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns to increase bookings

• Respond to guest inquiries, comments, and reviews professionally

• Coordinate with photography and design teams for high-quality visuals

• Collaborate with influencers and travel bloggers

• Monitor competitors and hospitality trends

• Track analytics and provide monthly performance reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Hospitality, or related field

• 4–7 years' experience in social media marketing (hotel or hospitality preferred)

• Strong content writing and storytelling skills

• Knowledge of social media ads and targeting

• Basic photography or video editing knowledge

• Understanding of online booking platforms
