Position 1 - CONTENT CREATOR (Reels-first) — MARDAMED HEALTHCARE
If you can turn real-life stories into scroll-stopping Reels, you’ll love this role. You’ll create content that makes healthcare feel like self-care—inside a beautiful 15,000 sq ft center at Mantri Mall (diagnostics, specialists, dentistry, day procedures, pharmacy, café). Your content should drive action: book appointments and join our subscription.
What you’ll own: Weekly content plan + scripting + shooting + editing + posting (Instagram Reels/Stories/Carousels; basic YouTube Shorts; LinkedIN posts).
Content you’ll create: doctor Q&A clips, behind-the-scenes of our center, subscription explainers, café + wellness lifestyle moments.
Skills: strong storytelling, mobile videography, CapCut/InShot/Adobe Express/Canva, clean captions, and an instinct for what will get saved/shared.
Experience: 0–3 years (or a portfolio that proves you can do the work). Bonus if you’ve created for wellness/healthcare/fitness/beauty brands.
Must-have mindset: speed + consistency + coachability; you’re excited to work with doctors while staying compliant.
Salary (Bengaluru market-aligned): Offer ₹40,000/month (CTC ~₹4.8 LPA) depending on portfolio; top performers can earn more.

Position 2 - DIGITAL MARKETER (Performance + Growth) — MARDAMED HEALTHCARE
We’re looking for a data-driven Digital Marketer who can own the full funnel—from hyperlocal awareness to measurable bookings and subscription sign-ups. You’ll run Meta + Google campaigns, build simple landing pages/flows, and use codes/UTMs to prove what’s working. If you love performance marketing and brand storytelling, this is a rare chance to market a healthcare experience that feels nothing like a hospital.
What you’ll own: SEO, Landing Pages, Paid media across Google Search/Maps + Meta (and retargeting), with weekly reporting on CPL, CAC, bookings, and subscription conversion.
Growth setup: UTM discipline, offer codes, lead routing, and simple dashboards so attribution is clear by channel/campaign.
Optimization: A/B test creatives, audiences, landing page copy, and offers—then scale what converts.
Skills: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, basic GA4, basic landing page tools (or working with a developer), and strong copy that makes healthcare simple.
Experience: 1–4 years in performance/growth marketing (agency or in-house). Bonus: experience with healthcare/education/fintech or other regulated categories.

Position 3 - Marketing Activations & Vendor Management (Mall + Neighborhood) — MARDAMED HEALTHCARE
We’re hiring a hands-on marketer who loves being on the ground—planning and executing activations inside Mantri Mall and nearby communities. This role is all about making people discover Mardamed in real life: kiosks, health camps, society tie-ups, local partnerships, and seamless vendor management. If you can run events, negotiate well, and deliver results week after week, you’ll thrive here.
What you’ll own: Mall kiosks/booths, weekend “Know Your Numbers” camps, mini-events with doctors, and walk-in lead capture (QR + WhatsApp opt-ins).
Partnerships: RWAs/apartments, gyms, schools, mom communities, local influencers—set up tie-ups and execute calendars.
Vendor management: printing, signage, stall fabrication, promoters, event agencies—quotations, negotiation, timelines, quality checks, and payments coordination.
Execution excellence: you can run multiple activities simultaneously, handle permissions with mall management, and keep costs controlled.
Experience: 1–5 years in brand activations / field marketing / retail marketing / events (healthcare is a bonus, not mandatory).
