• Explain the program and encourage creators to join.

• Conduct online onboarding sessions and guide them through the registration process.

• Build and manage WhatsApp communities.

• Maintain accurate records of outreach and onboarding activities.

• Follow up with interested candidates and answer basic queries.

• Coordinate with the project team to achieve weekly onboarding targets.

• Share ideas to improve community engagement and growth.

• Excellent communicators

• Comfortable speaking with new people
