Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to develop and execute social media strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive audience engagement. The ideal candidate should have experience managing multiple social media platforms, creating engaging content, running paid campaigns, and analyzing campaign performance. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.

• Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

• Create monthly content calendars.

• Write engaging captions and coordinate graphics, videos, and reels.

• Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns.

• Monitor comments, messages, and online community engagement.

• Track trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, HR, and design teams.

• Analyze campaign performance using platform analytics and Google Analytics.

• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.

• Optimize campaigns based on KPIs and ROI.

• Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.

• Ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms.
