About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our healthcare marketing team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have a passion for social media, digital marketing, and content creation, with an interest in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).

• Create engaging captions, post copies, and content ideas for healthcare brands and doctors.

• Coordinate with the design and video teams for creatives, reels, and campaigns.

• Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.

• Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports on engagement and reach.

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, healthcare marketing trends, and platform updates.

• Support the team in managing online communities by responding to comments and messages.

• Assist in hashtag research and competitor analysis.

• Help create content calendars and campaign plans for multiple healthcare clients.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, or social media scheduling tools is an added advantage.

• Basic understanding of video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Canva is preferred.

• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of healthcare or medical marketing is a plus.

• Familiarity with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and trending content formats.

• Basic understanding of analytics and reporting tools.
