We are looking for an experienced Off-Page SEO Specialist to join Westbury Enterprises on a fully remote basis. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Off-Page SEO and link building and a proven ability to build high-quality, relevant backlinks that support organic search growth.

This role is primarily focused on off-page SEO, backlink acquisition, link-building campaigns, competitor backlink analysis, outreach, citations and other authority-building activities.

The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate real examples of previous SEO campaigns and link-building work and clearly explain their contribution, strategy and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute effective Off-Page SEO and link-building strategies.

• Build high-quality, relevant and authoritative backlinks using ethical SEO practices.

• Conduct detailed competitor backlink analysis and identify new link-building opportunities.

• Perform guest posting, blogger outreach, niche edits, resource link building and other relevant link-building activities.

• Research and identify relevant websites, publishers, blogs, directories and industry platforms for backlink opportunities.

• Manage backlink prospecting databases and maintain outreach records.

• Contact website owners, bloggers, publishers and businesses through email outreach.

• Negotiate link placements and manage relationships with publishers and website owners.

• Monitor acquired backlinks for quality, relevance, indexing, placement and anchor-text distribution.

• Build and manage local citations and business listings where required.

• Conduct backlink audits and identify potentially harmful or low-quality links.

• Analyse competitors' referring domains, backlink profiles and link-building strategies.

• Maintain a healthy and diverse backlink profile.

• Work closely with content and SEO teams to create content and assets suitable for link acquisition.

• Track backlink growth, referring domains, outreach activity and campaign performance.

• Prepare regular reports covering links acquired, outreach activity, referring domains and campaign progress.

• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and current Off-Page SEO and link-building practices.

Job Requirements

• 4–5 years of proven professional experience in Off-Page SEO / Link Building.

• Strong hands-on experience in backlink acquisition and outreach.

• Ability to demonstrate real examples of previous SEO/link-building campaigns.

• Strong understanding of backlink quality, relevance and authority.

• Practical knowledge of DoFollow, NoFollow, UGC and Sponsored links.

• Good understanding of anchor-text strategy and backlink profile diversity.

• Experience with competitor backlink analysis.

• Experience with guest posting, blogger outreach, niche edits, resource link building and citations.

• Working knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, Majestic or similar tools.

• Good understanding of Google Search Console and basic SEO reporting.

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

• Ability to independently research prospects and execute outreach campaigns.

• A Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with strong practical experience.

Important Role Requirements

• Candidate must have their own laptop/computer and a reliable internet connection.

• The role generally requires 6 working days per week, with reasonable flexibility where business requirements allow.

• Candidates should be comfortable working independently and managing their own daily SEO activities remotely.

• Candidates may be asked to provide examples, reports, case studies or other evidence of previous SEO/link-building work during the interview process.

• Candidates must be able to clearly explain the strategy, process and results behind the campaigns they have worked on.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who can actually execute Off-Page SEO, not someone with only theoretical knowledge.

The ideal candidate should be able to take a website, analyse its competitors, identify backlink opportunities, create a link-building plan, conduct outreach, acquire relevant links and report the results.

Experience and demonstrated results will be given significant importance during the selection process.
