Summary

The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing SEO

strategies for agency clients. This role requires hands-on expertise in on-page, off-page, and

technical SEO, along with strong analytical and reporting skills. The ideal candidate has agency

experience and can manage multiple projects while meeting performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop and execute SEO strategies for multiple client websites.

 Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.

 Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, images, and internal linking.

 Manage technical SEO including site audits, crawl issues, indexing, site speed, and

mobile optimization.

 Plan and execute off-page SEO and link-building strategies.

 Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to ensure SEO best practices.

 Track and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google

Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.

 Prepare monthly SEO reports and present insights and recommendations to clients or

internal teams.

 Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and industry trends.

 Support local SEO, e-commerce SEO, and international SEO projects as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).

 2–4 years of SEO experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency.

 Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

 Hands-on experience with SEO tools and reporting platforms.

 Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).

 Experience handling multiple client accounts.

 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

 Experience with Local SEO, eCommerce SEO, and SaaS SEO.

 Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO).

 Familiarity with paid search and content marketing strategies.

 SEO certifications are a plus.
