1. Role Overview

· Job Title: SEO Specialist

· Department / Team: Marketing

· Reports To: Marketing Head

· Start Date & Location: Immediate | Delhi NCR. Work from home turning to work from office.

2. Company & Team Context

· Team Purpose & Structure: The team drives leads and organic discovery. This role will focus on both company-level and hyperlocal SEO for each SkyJumper location and Google My Business profiles.

· Reason Role Has Come Up: Growth – need to strengthen organic traffic & discovery. Also since agency left there is nobody to do this.

3. Purpose & Objectives

· Core Purpose of the Role: Improve visibility, rankings, and organic traffic for SkyJumper website and individual location GMBs.

· Success Metrics:

1. Increase website organic traffic by 50% in 12 months.

2. Rank top 3 for 80% of target local keywords per centre.

3. Maintain 95% optimisation on all GMB profiles.

4. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

· Technical Skills Required:

o On-page & off-page SEO

o Local SEO optimisation for GMB

o Keyword research & competitor analysis

o Technical SEO audits

o Analytics & reporting tools (GA, Search Console)

· Soft Skills Required:

o Analytical mindset

o Attention to detail

o Time management

5. Required Qualifications & Experience

· Must Have:

o Bachelor’s degree

o 3–5 years in SEO

o Proven local SEO experience

· Nice to Have:

o Multi-location brand SEO work

o Knowledge of schema markup & advanced SEO tools
