Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and creating strategies to drive growth. Key responsibilities include generating leads, negotiating with clients, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer requirements and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to identify business opportunities and develop effective growth strategies
Knowledge of industrial gas systems and relevant industries is advantageous
Results-driven mindset with exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
Willingness to travel within the region as required
