Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital channels such as social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
- Optimize campaigns for ROI and performance.
- Content Creation:
- Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging and brand-consistent content (blogs, videos, social media posts, etc.).
- SEO/SEM:
- Optimize website content for search engines (SEO).
- Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns like Google Ads.
- Social Media Management:
- Oversee the company’s social media presence across platforms.
- Monitor engagement metrics and audience growth.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to derive actionable insights.
- Email Marketing:
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automated workflows.
- Collaboration:
- Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing tools.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, SEMrush, or similar.
- Knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Creativity and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint).
- Experience with video production or graphic design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation strategies.
