Job Description – Performance Marketing Executive
Location: DLF Corporate Greens, Sector 74, Gurugram
Experience: 1–2 Years
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities
Plan, create and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
Generate quality leads through performance marketing campaigns.
Monitor daily campaign performance, leads, CPL, CTR, conversions and ROI.
Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead.
Manage advertising budgets effectively.
Create and test different ad creatives, audiences and campaign strategies.
Coordinate with the sales and creative teams for better campaign performance.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Required Skills
1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Knowledge of lead generation campaigns.
Understanding of CPL, CTR, CPC, CPA and ROAS.
Knowledge of Google Analytics and reporting tools is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred
Experience in Real Estate Lead Generation will be an advantage.
Ability to handle multiple campaigns and budgets.
Salary: As per experience and interview performance.
