Job Overview:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can independently manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms for D2C beauty and wellness brands.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in media buying, campaign optimization, analytics, and customer acquisition with a strong understanding of eCommerce growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns

• Handle Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns

• Plan and execute full-funnel performance marketing strategies

• Scale campaigns while maintaining profitable ROAS

• Perform audience research, retargeting, and lookalike audience setup

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports

• Work on conversion optimization and A/B testing

• Set up and manage tracking using GA4 and GTM

• Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad creatives

• Analyze data and improve CAC, CTR, and conversion rates

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

• Experience with GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio

• Understanding of eCommerce and D2C marketing

• Knowledge of retargeting, attribution, and funnel strategy

• Basic understanding of creatives, hooks, and ad copy

• Good communication and reporting skills

Preferred:

• Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, or D2C brands

• Knowledge of Shopify and conversion tracking

• Understanding of influencer or content marketing
