Performance Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads, conversions, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.

• Manage campaign budgets, targeting, bidding, and ad placements.

• Monitor key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions, and ROI.

• Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis.

• Create and test different ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

• Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and reduce acquisition costs.

• Generate regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.

• Coordinate with the Content, Design, Sales, and Business Development teams for campaign execution.

• Track leads and conversions through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and other tracking tools.

• Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and performance marketing strategies.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.

• Good understanding of Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.

• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, remarketing, lead generation, and funnel optimization.

• Strong analytical and data-driven approach.

• Good understanding of A/B testing and campaign optimization.

• Strong communication and reporting skills.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in performance/digital marketing.

• Experience in a lead-generation or B2B environment will be an advantage.

• It is a Full Time మార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
