Role Overview
We are seeking a high-impact Online Marketing Strategist to architect, execute, and continuously optimize our digital growth engine. This role owns the end-to-end online marketing ecosystem—driving brand visibility, demand generation, and revenue acceleration across performance and organic channels. The ideal candidate is data-obsessed, commercially sharp, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, influencer, and affiliate channels.

• Own performance marketing budgets; plan, forecast, execute, and optimize ROI using a test-and-learn operating model.

• Build and manage paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube), including audience targeting, creatives, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.

• Lead content and social strategies that strengthen brand equity while driving measurable pipeline impact.

• Analyze funnel metrics (traffic, CAC, LTV, conversion rates) and translate insights into actionable growth levers.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and design to align messaging, launches, and go-to-market initiatives.

• Implement marketing automation, CRM integrations, and lifecycle campaigns to nurture and convert leads.

• Stay ahead of market trends, platform updates, and competitive benchmarks to maintain a strategic edge. What Success Looks Like
