Job Summary:

We're looking for a Meta Marketing Specialist with 2-3 years of experience in managing Facebook ads and campaigns. You'll drive brand growth, optimize ad performance, and leverage Facebook's suite of tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize Facebook ad campaigns for brand awareness, engagement, and conversions

- Create and execute ad strategies, targeting, and budget allocation

- Analyze ad performance, provide insights, and suggest optimizations

- Collaborate with creative teams for ad design and copywriting

- Stay updated on Facebook's algorithm changes and best practices

- Manage ad budgets, ensuring ROI and efficient spend

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience in Facebook advertising and Meta platforms

- Proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns

- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Pixel, and Analytics

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Communication skills in English (local language a plus)
