About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and grow our solar business through digital marketing. The candidate will be responsible for improving the solar website, generating high-quality leads, running performance campaigns, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• anage and optimize the company's solar website for better performance, user experience, and lead generation.
• dentify and fix basic website content, landing-page, SEO, and conversion-related issues.
• lan and execute Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising campaigns.
• enerate high-quality leads for solar products and services through paid and organic marketing.
• reate and optimize landing pages, ad copies, creatives, and campaign funnels.
• onitor campaign performance, including CPL, CTR, conversion rate, lead quality, and ROI/ROAS.
• ork closely with the sales team to understand lead quality and improve lead-to-sale conversion.
• rack leads from marketing campaigns through CRM, spreadsheets, or other tracking systems.
• nalyze customer behavior, campaign data, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• ontinuously test different audiences, creatives, keywords, offers, and landing pages to improve results.
• repare weekly/monthly performance reports and suggest strategies to increase sales.
• oordinate with the sales team to ensure proper and timely follow-up of generated leads.
• ake ownership of the complete digital marketing funnel: Website → Lead Generation → Lead Qualification → Sales Conversion.
• equired Skills
• xperience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing, preferably in Solar, Real Estate, Construction, or a related industry.
• ands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• nowledge of SEO, Google Analytics/GA4, Google Search Console, and conversion tracking.
• nderstanding of landing pages, lead forms, remarketing, and sales funnels.
• trong analytical and data-driven approach.
• bility to identify why campaigns are generating leads but not sales and take corrective action.
• ood communication and coordination skills.
• asic knowledge of website management, WordPress, or similar CMS will be an advantage.
