Job Summary

International Institute of Business Studies is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to strengthen admissions outreach and build strong relationships with education consultants, career counselors, coaching centers, and channel partners across Northern India.

The candidate will be responsible for generating quality student admissions for UG and PG programs through consultant networks, institutional tie-ups, seminars, and field marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with admission consultants, education counselors, and franchise partners across Northern India.

• Promote IIBS programs including BBA, MBA, BCA, PGDM, and other higher education courses.

• Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and campus awareness sessions with consultants and institutions.

• Achieve monthly and annual student admission targets.

• Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas for admissions partnerships.

• Coordinate admission campaigns, educational fairs, seminars, and promotional events.

• Maintain strong follow-up systems with consultants and prospective students.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and student preferences.

• Provide admission guidance and counseling support to consultants and students.

• Submit regular MIS reports, lead reports, and admission status updates to management.

• Travel extensively across Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, and nearby regions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in higher education admissions, educational marketing, or consultant handling.

• Strong network among admission consultants and education agents in Northern India preferred.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to achieve targets and manage regional partnerships independently.

• Willingness to travel frequently.

• Experience in college/university admissions marketing.

• Knowledge of higher education industry trends.

• Existing relationships with coaching institutes and admission consultants.

• Self-motivated and target-driven professional.
