Marketing Manager

Position: Performance Marketing & Growth Executive

Location: Punjab (On-site / Hybrid)

We are looking for a passionate and creative Performance Marketing & Growth Executive to join our premium fashion and jewelry brand, MAVÈ.

This is not just an advertising role. We are looking for someone who can think about brand growth, customer acquisition, campaign planning, and digital strategy. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, take ownership, and grow with the company.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.

• Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS, CPC, CPM, CTR, and conversions.

• Research competitors, market trends, and customer behavior.

• Work closely with the founder to plan product launches and marketing campaigns.

• Coordinate with photographers, designers, and content creators to develop high-performing ad creatives.

• Suggest new marketing ideas and growth strategies.

• Assist in influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.

• Maintain basic reports and analytics for ongoing campaigns.

• Explore and gradually learn additional marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and Pinterest.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager.

• Good communication and analytical skills.

• Creative mindset with an interest in fashion, jewelry, and branding.

• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.

• Prior experience in digital marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
