We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager – Creative Strategy to bridge brand objectives with impactful creative execution. If you thrive in agency environments and love building campaigns that deliver measurable results, this role is for you.

📍 Location: Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra

💰 Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA

📅 6 Days Working (All Sundays Off)

⏰ Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

📌 Role Overview

You will lead end-to-end brand and creative strategy for key accounts, ensuring seamless coordination between clients and internal teams while driving high-impact digital and integrated campaigns.

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Lead brand & creative strategy aligned with business goals

• Convert client briefs into clear, actionable creative directions

• Oversee social media strategy, content calendars & campaign rollouts

• Ensure timely execution of digital campaigns, performance creatives & integrated marketing initiatives

• Execute influencer campaigns, UGC collaborations, PR & brand partnerships

• Coordinate product shoots, model shoots & campaign productions

• Work closely with creative, media, performance & production teams

• Present campaign strategies & creative concepts confidently to clients

• Analyze performance metrics and refine strategies for long-term growth

• Act as the primary client point of contact

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in brand strategy / creative strategy / account management (Agency experience mandatory)

• Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, content strategy & influencer marketing

• Proven ability to translate business objectives into high-performing campaigns

• Experience handling multiple accounts & deliverables simultaneously

• Excellent communication, presentation & stakeholder management skills

• Solution-oriented mindset with strong timeline management abilities

🎓 Eligibility

• Graduates preferred

• Undergraduates can apply for junior-level roles

• For senior positions: relevant degree or proven experience required
