We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Intern for our recruitment company. The candidate will be responsible for marketing activities, client interaction, and promoting our recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to companies, colleges, and institutes for business development

• Promote recruitment services and generate leads

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates

• Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional activities

• Collect market information and competitor analysis

• Support the team in daily marketing operations

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to travel for field work

• Basic knowledge of MS Office

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
