Qualification:

Minimum: 10th Pass
12th Pass preferred
Experience in field marketing/sales is an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

Field marketing and outdoor visits
Cold calling and direct customer interaction
Scanning new construction sites for potential clients
Meeting builders, contractors, shop owners, and property owners
Promoting company products/services
Generating leads and collecting customer details
Explaining offers and schemes
Achieving daily/monthly targets
Submitting daily activity reports

Job Type:

100% Field Work
Local area travel required
20–30 visits per day

Salary:

₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Incentives + Performance bonus
