Job Description

We are looking for 15 energetic and confident Field Marketing Executives to join our growing solar energy company in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.

The selected candidates will be responsible for field marketing, customer interaction, generating leads, and converting potential customers into clients for our solar products and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit potential customers and generate new leads.

- Explain solar products and services clearly to customers.

- Convince and assist customers in making the right solar investment decision.

- Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.

- Achieve assigned sales and customer acquisition targets.

- Report daily field activities and leads generated.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.

- Ability to communicate confidently in both Hindi and English.

- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

- Positive attitude and willingness to work in the field.

- Ability to identify potential customers and convert leads into sales.

- Previous experience in field sales/marketing or solar industry will be an advantage, but freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.
