We are looking for a result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to generate business opportunities, build relationships and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate should be confident in field marketing, lead generation, client meetings, and converting enquiries into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and visit new residential and commercial construction sites.
Generate quality leads by connecting with architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, and developers.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and ongoing negotiations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (experience in the building materials or construction industry is preferred).
