About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and field-oriented Market Surveyor to join our Commercial Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new commercial properties, conducting market surveys, and supporting retail and corporate leasing assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field surveys to identify commercial and retail properties.

Meet with landlords, brokers, and developers to gather property information.

Assess location potential, visibility, frontage, accessibility, and footfall.

Collect rental, sale, and ownership details of properties.

Prepare survey reports with photographs, videos, and location maps.

Maintain an updated database of available properties.

Coordinate with the leasing team for client requirements and site visits.

Track new commercial developments, malls, and high streets.

Submit daily and weekly activity reports.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in real estate, market surveying, or field sales (freshers with strong field skills may also apply).

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of Delhi-NCR real estate market is an advantage.

Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Maps.

Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Willingness to travel extensively.
