Urgent Hiring – Field Marketing Executive (STP Operator)

DASS Water Solution Pvt. Ltd.

📍 Location: A Wing, 2nd Floor, City Vista, Kharadi, Pune
🕒 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
📅 Weekly Off: Sunday
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Depends on Interview & Experience)
⛽ Petrol Allowance: Provided for official field visits (as per company policy).
🚀 Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Visit residential, commercial, industrial, and commercial sites to generate leads.

• Promote and explain STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) and Water Treatment Solutions.

• Meet builders, architects, contractors, industries, housing societies, and potential clients.

• Conduct market surveys and identify new business opportunities.

• Schedule client meetings and coordinate with the sales team.

• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain long-term relationships.

• Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.

• Submit daily field visit reports.

Requirements

• 10th/12th Pass or Graduate.

• Experience in Field Marketing/Sales is preferred (Freshers can also apply).

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.

• Willingness to travel for field visits.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
