Job Responsibilities
- Visit colleges, libraries, hostels, study centers, and student hubs across Pune.
- Generate quality leads for UPSC, MPSC, SSC, Banking, and MBA Entrance programs.
- Conduct educational awareness campaigns and distribute promotional materials.
- Build relationships with college authorities, student groups, and educational communities.
- Collect student inquiries and maintain lead records.
- Coordinate with the counseling team for follow-up and admissions.
- Promote seminars, workshops, and demo sessions organized by Aspire 360.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, confident, and self-motivated personality.
- Ability to travel across Pune for field activities.
- Prior experience in educational marketing, sales, or lead generation preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
