Job Description

Switzer Global Freight Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Freight Forwarding Marketing Executive to expand our customer base and strengthen relationships in the logistics and supply chain sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding (Air)

• Market company services including import/export logistics, customs clearance, and end-to-end supply chain solutions

• Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and convert prospects into customers

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction

• Coordinate with operations and documentation teams for smooth shipment execution

• Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close deals

• Track market trends, competitors, and customer requirements

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements & Skills

• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping industry preferred

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Good understanding of INCOTERMS, freight pricing, and logistics processes

• Ability to work independently and meet targets

• Graduate / MBA in Marketing or Logistics is an advantage
