Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Senior Marketing Executive for our Diagnostic Centre. The candidate will be responsible for doctor referrals, business development, client relationship management, and increasing patient volume through effective field marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals regularly for business generation.

• Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with consultants and medical practitioners.

• Promote diagnostic services including MRI, CT Scan, Ultrasound, X-Ray, Pathology, and other imaging services.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

• Conduct field marketing activities, health camps, and promotional campaigns.

• Coordinate with centre operations to ensure smooth patient service.

• Maintain daily visit reports and referral data.

• Identify new business opportunities and corporate tie-ups.

• Handle client queries and ensure timely support to referral doctors and patients.

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in diagnostic centre or hospital marketing.

• Good network with doctors and healthcare professionals preferred.

• Strong communication, convincing, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare field marketing.

• Knowledge of diagnostic and radiology services.

• Strong field coordination and reporting abilities.

• Professional attitude and good interpersonal skills.

Salary – 25 to 35K
