We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE)to join our team Absolute Foundation to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of 20k to 25k and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
Coordinate with internal teams
Handle promotions, events and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities
Collect market data and competitor insights
Support lead generation, build brand's image and awareness
Conduct market research, develop advertising strategies and create campaigns

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 to 2 Years The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools and creative approach.
