About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, client-focused, and highly organized Senior Client Servicing Executive to serve as the primary interface between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, coordinating with creative and digital teams, ensuring seamless execution of marketing campaigns, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

This role requires strong communication skills, excellent project management abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

• Understand clients' business objectives, marketing goals, and campaign requirements.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication.

• Schedule, organize, and participate in client meetings.

Campaign Planning & Execution

• Translate client briefs into actionable plans for internal teams.

• Coordinate with creative, copywriting, media, digital, production, and social media teams.

• Brainstorm innovative campaign ideas aligned with client objectives.

• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Monitor campaign execution and ensure error-free implementation.

Project Coordination

• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously.

• Track project timelines and coordinate with internal stakeholders.

• Follow up with vendors for specific campaign requirements.

• Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal departments.

Reporting & Performance Management

• Prepare weekly and monthly campaign reports.

• Track campaign performance and effectiveness.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client activities.

• Monitor campaign budgets, invoicing, and payment recoveries.

Business Development Support

• Support the team during client presentations and new business pitches.

• Identify opportunities for expanding client relationships.

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-added marketing solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate preferred).

• 2–5 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, Marketing, or Advertising.

• Experience working with marketing agencies, branding firms, or corporate marketing teams will be an advantage.

• It is a Full Time మార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
