Masters' Union is a practitioner-led business school in Gurugram where students learn by solving real problems with real companies. Our faculty come from Tesla, NASA, the World Bank, Samsung, and Fortune 500 ESG teams. The PGP in Sustainability & Business Management is our newest programme — built for careers in ESG, climate finance, carbon markets, and sustainable business strategy.

About the Role

We are looking for motivated, well-connected final-year students to join as Campus Ambassadors for our PGP Sustainability & Business Management programme. You will represent Masters' Union at your college, build awareness among your peers, and help us reach students who are genuinely curious about sustainability and impact careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the PGP SBM programme through peer networks, college groups, and campus communities

• Identify and connect with students interested in ESG, climate, consulting, or business careers

• Organise small information sessions or peer conversations on campus

• Share programme updates via WhatsApp groups, mailing lists, and campus noticeboards

• Share ground-level campus feedback with the Masters' Union team

  Who Should Apply

  • Final-year undergraduate students (preferred)

  • Active members of campus clubs, societies, or student bodies — sustainability clubs, consulting cells, entrepreneurship clubs, student councils, or NSS

  • Strong communicators who enjoy engaging peers and can work independently

  • Students with a genuine interest in sustainability, business, or impact-driven careers
