We are looking for a Telecaller/Marketing Executive to join our team.to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of 20-25K and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Calling customers and making appointments for calls or visits
Schedule appointments for customers and share appointments and schedules with the group.
Informing customers about the company's products or services. Branding the company.
Understanding customer needs, complaints or expectations and preparing reports related to them.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3-5y. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.
