Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team at Green It Recycling Centre Private Limited to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 and growth Corporate Tie-ups: Identifying and approaching IT companies, manufacturing hubs, and corporate offices in Pune for e-waste collection.

Key Responsibilities :-

Lead Generation: Generating new business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and field visits to procure old IT assets (Laptops, Servers, PCs).

Client Meetings: Pitching "Asset Recovery" and "Data Destruction" services to Admin and IT Managers.

E-Waste Compliance Education: Explaining MPCB/CPCB guidelines and EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) to potential clients.

Marketing Collateral: Assisting in creating brochures, email campaigns, and social media updates to promote "Green IT" initiatives.

Reporting: Maintaining a Daily Sales Report (DSR) and updating the CRM with client follow-ups and contract statuses.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, Good knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.
