Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).

• Develop advertising strategies to generate leads, drive website traffic, increase conversions, and improve return on ad spend (ROAS).

• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning to reach relevant target audiences.

• Set up and optimise ad campaigns, including audience targeting, placements, budgets, and bidding strategies.

• Monitor campaign performance and optimise campaigns based on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL, and ROAS.

• Coordinate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives, videos, and copy.

• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, ad copy, and campaign strategies.

• Track campaign results and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.

• Manage advertising budgets efficiently to achieve client objectives.

• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion rates.

• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing and paid advertising.

• Collaborate with the social media, content, and business development teams to align campaigns with client goals.

Required Skills

• Basic to strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and paid advertising.

• Knowledge of digital marketing metrics, campaign optimisation, and audience targeting.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and reporting tools is an advantage.

• Ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.

• Good communication skills and willingness to work in a fast-paced agency environment.

Preferred Candidates

Freshers with relevant practical knowledge, certifications, or campaign experience may apply. Candidates with hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns for brands will be preferred.
