We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team at Fortune Foam Private Limited to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹16,000 - ₹19,000 and growth opportunities in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact customers via phone, email, or in person to collect pending payments
Follow up on overdue invoices and ensure timely payment
Maintain and update records of collection activities
Negotiate payment plans when required
Resolve billing issues and coordinate with the accounts team
Prepare daily/weekly collection reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines
Achieve monthly collection targets
Bill collection
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 12 th and candidate must be a fresher. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.
