Job Title: Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Marketing Executive to support and execute marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a passion for marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline)

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitors

• Support digital marketing activities including social media, email campaigns, and content updates

• Coordinate with the sales team to generate and qualify leads

• Prepare marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and promotional content

• Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports

• Support branding, advertising, and promotional activities

• Coordinate with vendors and partners for marketing activities

• Participate in events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Basic understanding of marketing concepts

• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Creativity with attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Education Required

• Bachelor’s degree (BE, BTech, or equivalent)

• MBA / PGDM in Marketing preferred

Experience:

• Freshers with relevant skills and internship experience may apply

• Willing to travel as per company requirement
