Freight Forwarder - Marketing

We are looking for a Freight Forwarder - Marketing to join our team at Csa Marine Global Private Limited to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹35000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns

• Coordinate with vendors, partners and internal teams

• Handle promotions, events and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities

• Collect market data and competitor insights

• Support lead generation, build brand's image and awareness

• Conduct market research, develop advertising strategies and create campaigns

  ·       Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

  ·       Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the freight forwarding sector.

  ·       Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

  ·       Conduct market research to identify opportunities and assess competition.

  ·       Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and efficient service delivery.

  ·       Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to clients.

  ·       Track and report sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

  ·       Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices

• Manage your brand’s social image on channels like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 5 years of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.
