URGENT HIRING for Marketing Executive – GEM for Laxmi Nagar, Delhi
Proven 5 years experience as a Marketing Executive and GEM- 2 years

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join the GEM team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing activities to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support business growth across online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with GEM’s business objectives

• Develop and manage digital marketing initiatives

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs

• Generate and track leads, analyze campaign performance, and prepare reports

• Manage branding activities, events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns

• Liaise with vendors, agencies, and partners when required

• Support sales teams with marketing collaterals and strategies

• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics

• Creative thinking with attention to detail

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic marketing software/tools
