We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Co-ordinator to promote our courses, build our brand presence, and increase enrolments through offline marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and monitor marketing strategies to promote IHIRM’s vocational training programs.

• Conduct field visits to colleges, hospitals, insurance companies and career fairs to generate leads.

• Monitor enquiries and follow up with prospective candidates to ensure conversion.

• Coordinate with the academic and admission teams for promotional activities and events.

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

• Build partnerships with placement agencies, influencers, and community leaders.

  Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • BBA/B.Com/MBA/M.Com in Marketing or a related field.

  • 0–1 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education or training sector.

  • Experience in handling and monitoring teams and responsible for target completion.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO).

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp).

Experience in promoting vocational, IT, Risk management or healthcare related courses preferrable. Freshers ready for Field Marketing welcome.
