Email Marketing Executive -- IT Lead Generation
📍 Sector 63, Noida | In-Office Only | Immediate Joiner

Salary: 20,000 to 35,000 per month | Based on experience

What You Will Do

  • Plan and execute outbound email campaigns targeting international IT buyers (US, UK, Europe)

  • Build, clean, and segment lead databases for targeted outreach

  • Set up and manage cold email infrastructure -- SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warmup

  • Run campaigns via tools like Apollo, Instantly, Importsend, or similar

  • Build automation flows using n8n or equivalent

  • Track and report open rates, reply rates, bounce rates, and conversions

  • Manage CRM records and lead pipeline hygiene

  • Ensure inbox deliverability and avoid spam filters consistently

What We Need

  • 2 to 4 years of hands-on email marketing experience, preferably for IT or B2B services

  • Proven experience with cold email tools -- Apollo, Instantly, Hunter, or similar

  • Strong knowledge of deliverability setup -- SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warmup protocols

  • Experience with automation tools, n8n preferred

  • CRM experience -- HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent

  • Excellent written English -- non-negotiable

  • Bonus: Klaviyo, mass email platforms, or newsletter campaign experience
