We are expanding our outreach operations and looking for an experienced Email Marketing & Ads Specialist who understands the web development and digital services landscape and can drive consistent, high-quality B2B lead generation.

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Email Marketing & Ads Specialist with a proven track record in the web development, agency, and SaaS sales/marketing industry.

In this role, you will design, execute, and optimize outbound cold email outreach campaigns, performance ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Search/Display, LinkedIn Ads), and automated marketing funnels. Your primary objective will be to attract decision-makers (CTOs, Agency Owners, Marketing Directors, Founders), generate qualified sales leads, and build a reliable pipeline for our web development and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Cold Email Outreach & Pipeline Management:

  • Build, warm up, and maintain healthy outbound email infrastructures (domain health, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, deliverability optimization).

  • Craft high-converting cold email sequences targeting B2B clients looking for web redesigns, custom web apps, SaaS builds, and digital marketing.

  • Utilize lead scraper/enrichment platforms (Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter, etc.) to curate verified, ICP-compliant lead lists.

• Paid Ads Performance (Meta, Google & LinkedIn):

  • Create, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns focused on client acquisition for custom web development, e-commerce, and agency services.

  • Write clear, compelling ad copy and guide/collaborate on visual creative production (glassmorphism/minimal aesthetics, case study highlights, offering teasers).

  • Manage ad spend efficiency, maintaining strict targets for Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).

• Workflow & Funnel Automation:

  • Build and manage marketing automation workflows (n8n, Brevo, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools) to nurture leads from initial click/reply to booked call.

  • Continuously A/B test email subject lines, body copy, CTA formats, landing pages, and ad hooks to maximize reply and conversion rates.

• Lead Qualification & Reporting:

  • Filter out low-intent leads and ensure sales team receives high-quality inbound inquiries and booked meetings.

  • Track and report weekly key performance metrics: Open Rate, Click-Through Rate (CTR), Reply Rate, Lead-to-Opportunity Conversion, Cost Per Qualified Lead (CPQL), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Mandatory Industry Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience running email marketing and paid ads specifically for web development agencies, software development firms, SaaS products, or IT services.

• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to consistently generate high-intent B2B leads and booked client calls in the tech/web industry.

• Email Infrastructure Mastery: Deep technical understanding of inbox deliverability, domain warming, MX/SPF/DKIM setup, and tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Apollo, or Brevo.

• Paid Media Expertise: Proficient in managing campaigns on Google Ads (Search & Retargeting), Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram B2B lead forms), and LinkedIn Ads.

• Copywriting Skills: Strong ability to write short, punchy, persuasive cold outreach copy and high-converting ad headlines tailored to decision-makers.

• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, conversion tracking pixels, custom UTM tagging, and campaign dashboards.

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

• Familiarity with web tech stacks (e.g., Next.js, React, Laravel, WordPress/WooCommerce, SaaS frameworks) to speak intelligently in ad/email copy about development solutions.

• Experience building automated workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make.

• Knowledge of basic HTML email design standards and responsive formatting.
