Making outbound calls to students who have shown interest.

Explaining course details, fees, duration, and career opportunities.

Handling inbound calls and inquiries professionally.

Maintaining proper follow-ups to convert leads into admissions.

🔹 3. Providing Course & Institutional Information

The consultant must have complete knowledge about:

Courses offered

Admission process

Eligibility criteria

Scholarship opportunities

Placement support

Clear and accurate information builds trust with students and parents.

🔹 4. Relationship Building

Building a strong rapport with students and parents.

Addressing doubts and concerns patiently.

Maintaining long-term communication until admission completion.

🔹 5. Achieving Admission Targets

Working towards monthly or quarterly enrollment targets.

Coordinating with the admissions team.

Updating CRM or data records regularly
