We are looking for a The Biz Mastery to join our team Ecommerce Account Manager to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of In Hand Salary and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Catalog Management: Product listing creation, attribute optimization, category mapping, and SEO-friendly product content.

• Inventory Management: Stock updates, inventory monitoring, and stock planning support.

• Handle promotions, events and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities

• Ads Management: Sponsored ads management, campaign optimization, and ROI improvement strategies.

• Sales Report Analysis: Weekly/monthly sales reports, performance insights, and growth recommendations.
  Payment Reconciliation: Payment tracking, settlement verification, and issue identification support.
  Profit & Loss Reports: Sales profitability analysis, expense tracking, and margin monitoring.
  Return Reports: Return analysis, return reason monitoring, and return reduction strategies.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any relevant field.

• Experience Range: 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce / Marketplace Management.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and marketplace marketing tools.

• Familiarity with AI tools for content, analysis, and productivity.

• Creative and analytical approach towards marketplace growth and problem-solving.

• Hands-on experience with Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, AJIO, Nykaa or other marketplaces will be preferred.

• It is a Full Time మార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
