Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts. The candidate should be responsible for handling daily marketplace operations, product listings, inventory management, order processing, and customer support.

Responsibilities:

Manage Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
Create, update, and optimize product listings.
Monitor inventory and ensure stock availability.
Process orders, returns, replacements, and refunds.
Coordinate with courier partners and warehouses.
Run and optimize Amazon/Flipkart advertising campaigns (preferred).
Monitor pricing, promotions, and competitor activities.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Resolve customer queries and marketplace issues.
Maintain product catalog, images, and descriptions.
