Job Title: E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary

The E-Commerce Executive is responsible for managing online sales platforms, updating product listings, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of e-commerce channels to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, website, etc.)

• Upload product details including descriptions, images, pricing, and stock

• Monitor online orders, returns, and customer queries

• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for order fulfillment

• Track inventory levels and update stock availability

• Analyze sales performance and prepare reports

• Implement basic online promotions and offers

• Ensure product content accuracy and brand consistency

• Handle platform policies, dashboards, and account health

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in e-commerce operations or online marketplace management

• Knowledge of major e-commerce platforms and seller dashboards

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and online sales

• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
