We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented E-commerce Listing Specialist who doubles as a talented Graphic Designer/Editor. In this role, you will be entirely responsible for how our products look and sell on Amazon and Flipkart. You will not only manage the backend listings, keywords, and cataloging but also design high-converting product images, infographics, and A+ content that turn browsers into buyers.
Key Responsibilities
Listing & Catalog Management: Create, upload, and manage high-quality product listings on Amazon and Flipkart (including single and bulk uploads).
Visual Content Creation: Edit, enhance, and design product images, lifestyle graphics, main images (white background), and infographic images that highlight product features.
A+ Content & Brand Store: Design and implement Amazon A+ Content (Enhanced Brand Content) and Flipkart Brand Store layouts.
SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research to optimize product titles, bullet points, backend search terms, and descriptions to improve organic visibility.
Inventory & Pricing Fixes: Monitor listings daily to resolve suppressed listings, stranded inventory, pricing errors, or catalog defects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Platform Expertise: Proven experience handling the seller backends of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
Design Tools: Strong proficiency in graphic editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
E-com Design Sense: A solid understanding of what makes an e-commerce image sell (e.g., call-to-out infographics, dimension charts, feature highlights).
Basic Excel Skills: Comfortable working with flat files/bulk upload sheets.
Problem Solver: Ability to coordinate with Amazon/Flipkart support teams to resolve catalog glitches.
